Local Repeaters
Our area is fortunate to have several reliable VHF and UHF repeaters that serve as the backbone of local ham radio communication. These repeaters are accessible throughout Worcester County and maintained by dedicated volunteers and provide excellent coverage for both routine chats and emergency communications. Whether you’re new to the area or just getting on the air, learning about our local repeaters is one of the best ways to connect with fellow hams.

Local Ham Radio Clubs
The Delmarva Peninsula is home to several active ham radio clubs that welcome operators of all experience levels. These clubs provide fellowship, technical support, public service opportunities, licensing classes, and regular events throughout the year. Joining a local club is one of the fastest ways to build your skills and become part of the vibrant amateur radio community in our area.

Lending Library
Our Lending Library gives licensed hams and students access to a growing collection of ham radio books, study guides, antennas, and equipment at no cost. Items are loaned on a first-come, first-served basis. All books are stored at the Berlin Fire Company Admin Center. Whether you need a study manual for your upcoming exam or want to try a new antenna before buying, the Lending Library is a valuable resource for the community.

Weekly Nets
We participate in and help promote several weekly on-air nets that provide regular opportunities to check in, practice traffic handling, and stay connected with local operators. These nets are excellent for new hams to gain on-air confidence and for experienced operators to stay active.
